Located in the Guia area of Cascais, this apartment, with its modern and welcoming style, conveys the good energies of this region through the décor chosen, in shades of blue and with a relaxed beach atmosphere.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. It also has another full bathroom for use in the second bedroom and for guests staying on the sofa bed. So that you can enjoy a late afternoon, the house has two balconies where you can enjoy the evening or drink your morning coffee.
Around here you can find various tourist sites just a few minutes' walk away. The sea is just 250 meters away. Just 5 minutes away you can visit Casa da Guia, an area with several restaurants and local shops, as well as Boca do Inferno, just a 15-minute walk away. The historic center of Cascais is 2 km away. There are also several seafood restaurants, so you can taste the best that the Portuguese sea has to offer. Cascais offers a wide cycle path, just a 5-minute walk away, to stroll along and enjoy the view of our coastline, where you can stroll to Guincho, a beach not to be missed!
The apartment is on the third floor and the building doesn't have an elevator, but taking the stairs every day is an easy and effective way to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.
If you're looking for a place to work remotely, we guarantee good quality wifi throughout the house and a specially designed area with a desk and chair.
Whether you're looking for a summer getaway or a winter retreat, we always promise comfort! With air conditioning, we guarantee pleasant temperatures on the hottest summer days and the coldest winter nights.
This is an easy parking area.

The location is excellent, even though there was no dedicated parking (was able to find space in public free parking).
The apartment is quiet, no disturbance from neighbours.

Air conditioning in bedrooms would be nice.
No elevator and narrow staircase, so getting to the third floor with suitcases is not so easy.
